When can I see results? – The most asked question by our customers.
When can I see results? I along with our customer service team receive this question almost daily. I wanted to make a blog post about it as it is a layered answer.
The bottom line is seeing changes to your physical appearance, mental and emotional health from taking peptides is both a short and long-term game. Exactly how long it takes to see results varies widely from person to person as no two people are physically alike and no two people have the same goals or definitions of what ‘results’ are. Noticeable physical changes (be it increased muscle mass, fat loss, or a lower resting heart rate) depends on the person and their baseline level of fitness and similarly noticeable emotional stabilization will vary person to person based on underlying stressors in their lives.
For some, benefits like increase energy may become apparent in as little as a few days for others it may take a few weeks. Again, no two bodies are identical.
With that being said, how do we give our body the BEST possible environment to better itself? We call it, ‘Leading The Peptide Life’. Obviously daily use of natural Genostim Peptides are the foundational key to success but we add to that:
- Daily hydration – Thirteen 9oz cups of water for adult men and nine 9oz cups of water for adult women. If you are not a water drinker, try adding a sugar free flavor stick pack
- Daily movement – This is different to each person and you should scale your movement based on you fitness level however simply walking a mile each day absolutely counts and is what we recommend. Moving your body each day is winning each day.
- Nightly rest – Try to achieve 7 or more hours of sleep each night
- Eat in moderation – We are not dietitians and each body has different caloric needs, we just advocate for moderation. You certainly can have that treat, just do not eat the entire box.
With daily natural peptide intake being supported by these four pillars, you are creating the best possible scenario for homeostasis and to see the benefits of our peptides.
As always, please reach out to me or our team if you have questions on our natural peptides.
