Genostim Fit – Episode 2
In this second episode of Genostim Fit, Master Trainer Lauriston Crockett and Ken Dalton of Dalton Principles dive into proper diet, when to eat and how much. Obviously diet is unique to the individual and their fitness plan but the key takeaway on this episode is you must eat to lose weight.
High protein foods are especially helpful for weight loss. Lean meat, fish, legumes, and dairy products are great sources of protein. But to lose weight, you also need to make sure you’re eating fewer calories than you burn which is why it is so important to work with a trainer or dietitian who understands your daily physical output and creates meals catered to your bodies needs in support of burning fat and increasing muscle.
